Digitech HardWire SC-2 Valve Distortion Pedal
The HardWire series is quickly becoming a bit of a cult favourite, and it's no wonder why: they sound great, and they're beautifully thought out and executed pedals. This has two modes: a TS-style mid-hump overdrive, which sounds great, and a higher gain RAT-style distortion, also great. The two band EQ is powerful and there's heaps of gain range on deck. It's true bypass and has gorgeous incremental pots. The sound is seriously impressive, it delivers the goods with understated pizzazz.
