(SOLD) LA Guitars LAD010 Dreadnought Acoustic
LA Guitars LAD010 dreadnought, made in China around 2013. This is basically a copy of a Martin D-28, it's nicely made too. It's got some deluxe touches: bone nut and saddle, deluxe Grover open gear tuners double binding, abalone dotted pins. The top is a really nice piece of solid spruce, it features some very tight grain and sings very truly. The binding looks to be a pretty direct copy of a D-28. It's possible the back and sides are solid rosewood going on tone and look, but we can't verify that, so we are working on the assumption that it's laminate. The mahogany neck is a comfy slim v-profile, it's an easy player. Digging up any info on how this guitar came to exist has yielded very little success, so we're relying entirely on the experience of having it in the hands: it's nice!

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. There's a pair of minute dings on the top, below the bridge near the binding. There's some very mimor scratches on the back, nothing more than surface deep. Overall: excellent condition (9/10)
Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. There's barely any fret wear, heaps of life left (9/10). Good shape!
