Suhr Classic T Pro, trans white, made in USA 2017. Suhr are making some of the best production guitars in the world. The Classic T is a take on the Tele, blending vintage sensibilities with some modern conveniences and executing the whole show flawlessly. First up, this has the fifties style combo of a two-piece centre joined lightweight swamp ash body and a maple neck and fretboard, with a pair of single coil pickups. That means you get a generous dose of classic Tele twang, with heaps of breath and complexity through the mids and a full, fat bass to balance out the chiming, vocal top end. The SSCII noise reduction system means you get proper fifties style single coil tone, without the hum. The neck is amazing: it's a vintage C style shape, but with a 9-12" compound radius and a gorgeous thin satin finish. It's proper quarter-sawn maple with a cap fingerboard, and it's hard to describe just how good the neck is. It's magic. The compensated Wilkinson bridge, locking tuners, deluxe pots and wiring, stainless frets are all classy touches; it's clear Suhr aren't interested in building the second best guitar going around. These very seldom come up on the used market, and this one is near mint condition, so save yourself a fortune on the new ticket price and sort out that Tele itch once and for all.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has a very minor scuff on the end. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, no major marks. The back has a couple of very light scuffs on the elbow area and lower horn, no major marks. The sides have no major marks. The front has a few scuffs near the knobs and some light play wear on the guard and horn, again nothing major. Overall: excellent condition (9/10)
Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. The frets have barely any visible wear, 9/10 for fret life left. Wearing fresh 10/46 Moonshiners strings.
