AKAI Shred-O-Matic D1 Tube-Driven Overdrive/Distortion Pedal
This rules. It's got a real 12AX7 under the hood, which glows beautifully. You can use the tube or a diode to drive the dirt, or a couple of different combinations of the two. The expression pedal can be set to control gain, volume or nothing. It's super fun to set it to gain and add wailing snarl to your lead lines. Lots of fun, and very satisfying to the ears.
