This is the tabletop edition in Boss' excellent Loop Station line. It's aimed at vocalists and the like: it's got XLR inputs, capacity to add live FX to the loops, USB out for recording and all sorts of other tricks up it's considerable sleeves, which must metaphorically be like MC Hammer's pants: roomy.
