(SOLD) Brian by Bacchus ST-Style Seafoam Green 90s
Brian by Bacchus Strat, made in Korea in the circa 1998, seafoam green. Everyone, I'd like you to meet Brian... Brian, this is everyone. This charming little smooth talker is equal parts exceptional and mysterious. If you're familiar with Bacchus guitars, you'll know they're brilliant. Bacchus are famous for exceptionally picky wood selection and brilliant and they produce guitars built to an impeccable standard. The 'Brian' brand was a short lived, mid-level sister brand by Bacchus in the 90s. There's a bit of conjecture and not a lot of information around on Brian-branded stuff; the consensus is that it's made in Korea. In the hands... wow. The neck is a brilliant piece of maple, shaped to a slim modern C with a contemporary 12" radius for easy bending, and it feels amazing. The body appears and sounds like alder, and it's lightweight and very resonant. In the hands, this punches with the best of them, and the tone has that classic vintage Strat chime, spank and richness. The finish is gorgeous and oozez class; it's hard not to stare at it's minty-fresh form. This is a very good instrument, plus... how many of your friends have a guitar that says 'Brian' on it?
