Catalinbread Belle Epoch Katakana Tape Echo Pedal
Catalinbread do gorgeous pedals. Their Belle Epoch is a modern take on the most famous of all tape echo machines, the Maestro Echoplex EP-3. You get gorgeous flutter, musical wobble and a grimy goodness that's very satisfying indeed. This version was a limited run for the Japan market, wearing a spiffy coat of red and with all the text replaced with katakana, the Japanese replacement characters for English letters. The controls are the same as the regular model, so you can always look it up for reference.
