Edwards E-LP-98LTS, cherry burst, made in Japan 2010. Edwards is a brand under the  ESP umbrella, offering signature models and vintage Gibson and Fender inspired models to the Japanese domestic market. This one was made in 2010 and is part of their 'lacquer taste series', which have a nitro topcoat semi-gloss style finish and a pair of Duncan humbuckers. At a whisker under 4kg, it's a very manageable weight, and the neck is in that nice 'not too thick, not too thin' zone... it just feels easy and comfy all around in the hands. The finish looks great too, it's bright without being tacky. The tone is on the bright side for an LP, which suits me fine: heaps of chime and girth on the neck pickup, plenty of bite and body on the bridge. Tasty indeed.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has a scuff on the top edge. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples on the back only. The back has a sticker fade mark in the middle of the body, as well as some dimples on the bottom corner and elbow area. The sides have light scuffs on the top horn, small dimples in the elbow area and near the jack and two patches of what looks like stand burn on the bottom horn. The front has some dimples near the knobs and elbow area and some light scuffs from play on the horns. Note the guard is missing. Overall: very good condition (8/10).

Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. The frets have minor wear only, 8/10 for fret life left. No headstock breaks. Wearing fresh 10/52 Moonshiners strings.
