Epiphone LP Custom Prophecy Plus GX, cherry burst over quilted maple, made in China 2013. This is not subtle... but hey, subtle is no fun, right? The Prophecy line is a 'top of the range' offering from Epiphone, boasting USA pickups and deluxe hardware and some outrageous quilt maple tops. This one is blessed with a stunning piece of maple on the top; there's a lovely depth and 'movement' to the quilted grain. The Gibson 490 humbuckers are tasty: moderately hot with a crisp and biting midrange and a thick low-end; perfect for rock and roll stuff. The satin finish neck feels very smooth; with a couple of hundred hours of play it'll really come to life. Can you see the future? It'll be brighter with this partystarter in your life.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has minor scuffs on the end, edges and front. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples and rub wear on the back only. The back has minor scuffs all over and some dimples in the elbow area. The sides have scuffs near the jack. The front has a dent near the bridge volume knob, scuffs on the bottom and back edges and some play wear on the horns.
Overall: very good condition (8/10)
Playing condition notes: action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/52 Moonshiners strings.
Fret Life: 8/10, minor wear only
