Epiphone Les Paul Standard w/ Bigsby Cherry 2007
Epiphone Les Paul Standard, Custom Shop limited run model with a factory Bigsby, trans cherry finish. The Epi LP has got many young (and old!) players heading in the right direction; it's a great little take on the classic Gibson design. The addition of a factory fitted Bigsby adds a whole extra dimension to the tone. There's a bit more openness and bite in the attack, as well as the obviously capacity for vibrato. The trans cherry finish lets a bit of plain maple goodness show through; it's got an understated flare that pops nicely. It's a handy player with a slim and quick neck; easy to get get going on. It'll surely make a handy little addition to the collection!
