EB Musicman Stingray, black on black with maple board, made in USA 2013. The Stingray needs no introduction really; these basses have been killer since 1976 and haven't changed a whole lot along the way. The high-mass bridge, signature humbucker, ash body and maple neck really offer unrivalled tonal power and punch... this will bring all the growl, thump and fatness required to just about any situation. This chiselled little hunk dates to 2013, but it's spent most of it's life in a recording studio doing a whole lot of not much, so it could almost pass for brand new. Black with maple always looks good too; it'll easily clean up for suit-and-tie gigs on Friday and then happily smash out some extreme metal on Saturday. You really can't go wrong here, this is an equally robust and luxurious daily driver.
