Fender '62 Strat, rare 'jupiter blue' finish with matching headstock, crafted in Japan 2002-04. This finish is pretty sweet: it's dark and majestic but with a really noticeable metallic sheen; it's amazing under lights. The matching headstock is a nice touch, this is a non-catalog model so finding this look is pretty tricky. The Texas Specials sound great: they're fat, thick and scooped with heaps of attack and warmth, it's a really tasty tone for rock and blues especially. These models have the nice alder body to add warmth and depth to the tone, they're better balanced than the basic CIJ Strats. This is a smooth operator that'll happily slot into whatever role you need with heaps of spank and attitude!
