Fender '69 Telecaster Thinline Build Flame Sunburst 2026
Fender Tele Thinline parts build, sunburst over flame maple, made in Australia 2026. One of our regular Topshelfers saw the 75th Anniversary American Professional Custom Telecaster and had a thought: what if that was a Thinline? The body, neck, guard, bridge, electronics and tuners are all by Fender. The semi-hollow alder body has a cute subtle flame maple top, which looks lovely under the classic burst finish, and is light as a feather. It's got an upgraded AVRI bridge pickup; a handy bonus. The neck is a slim C shape with a vintage radius and feels great. The tone is breathy and wide with an open top end, great for big chords and fingerstyle stuff. Cute, no?
