(SOLD) Fender '72 Telecaster TL72-600L w/ Mods Sunburst Left Handed 1990
Fender '72 Tele, left handed, many mods, made in Japan `1990-1. Let's address the obvious first: phwoarrr, that's a good looking Tele. This rolled out of the factory as a '72 style T in unbound natural gloss poly, but it's been reborn in double bound tobacco burst and finished in super thin nitro... yeah it has. The finish lets the striking grain of the sen ash work it's magic; it's really quite remarkable to the eyes. Next on the obvious things: a legit Bigsby has been added, but with a mod that ditches the troublesome posts to hold a ball end in favour of threading them through the bar, plus a sensible new bridge has been added to complete the experience. Less obvious to the eye is a new harness and a pair of delightful custom pickups, delivering a superbly shimmering, articulate, thick Tele twang that'll put hairs on your chest and warmth in your icy heart. If you're after a standard lefty Tele, maybe this isn't your thing, but if you wanted a majestic showstopper of a beast that's full of attitude and even has '666' on the end of the serial number, here you go!
