Fender American Standard Precision Bass, olympic white, made in Corona USA 2015. The Am Standard debuted in 1987 and enjoyed critical acclaim from then right up til a couple of years ago when it was superseded. This one enjoys some fun standard appointments from the era: lightweight tuners, high mass bridge, satin finish neck, standard alnico split single pickup... all sensible. It adds up nicely in the hands; the neck is a friendly profile and has a super slick feel, the body is nice and light, the tuning stability is spot-on; it all just works. The combo of the gloss white finish, tort guard and the bright maple board has a modern-classic look to it; very appealing. The original case is super sturdy and in great shape; it's a great bonus. You really can't go too wrong here, this a great do-it-all bass that'll cover all your bases. (note: all your base are belong to us)
