Fender Japan '62 Reissue Telecaster TL62B-75TX Bound Vintage White 2004-05
Fender '62 Tele, vintage white, crafted in Japan 2004-05. This is a stunning guitar, it really is very pretty indeed. The double bound Tele is on the 'wanted list' for a lot of players, owing to the sleek lines and classic tone on offer; it's always a winner. Usually, you see these models in sunburst or candy apple red with cream binding. The creamy vintage white with black binding is very unusual indeed; it's a non-catalog option and has a brilliant reverse-Tuxedo look that's very appealing. Aside from it's looks, this has a lot to offer. Being one of the most deluxe Teles available in it's day, it has all the deluxe appointments: alder body, USA Texas Special pickups, spiral saddle bridge... all class. The pickups are great; they crank out a thick, rich creamy take on the classic Tele-twang that's equally at home with a smattering of gain or wound back for thick, juicy cleans. The slim '62 neck profile is a favourite around here, it's instantly comfortable and feels like home straight away. These never last long in the normal finishes, so in this super rare finish... Godspeed you!
