Fender '66 Mustang, torino red, crafted in Japan 2004-5. Mustangs are cool, that's an easy call. The short scale, lightweight super comfy body and slim neck make them easy players, and the signature dark spanky tone is a lot of fun. This is a '66 model, far less common than the long running '69 model. That means you get a sweet gold Fender logo, squarer body shape with no body carve and a wider nut; the same as a Jaguar. They're small changes, but they lend this a bit of extra brightness and chime and a slightly chunkier feel. The finish is also unusual; torino red is a lot darker than fiesta red and lacks the metallic sheen of candy apple red... it has a sweet fire-engine charm and pops nicely against the white pearl guard. This has a few dings on the back that have been repaired (see the extra pics), so it's going for a sweet dollar. Grab a 'stang that goes bang!
