Fender Japan '69 Reissue Mustang MG69-65 Aged Sonic Blue 1994/5
Fender '69 Reissue Mustang, heavily yellowed sonic blue, made in Japan 1994/5. Some guitars just radiate coolness, and this is definitely one of them. This left the factory a nice shiny sonic blue, but it's yellowed naturally with age and play to a delightful seafoam green colour, it's looking superb. Combines with the aged golden maple headstock and the cream plastics, this is a supremely cool looking guitar. The famed Mustang-playability is on tap: the short scale, lightweight body, skinny neck and sensible tremolo combine for a brilliantly easy player that's hard to put down. The slinky, immediate tone is perfect for punk, grunge and surf; it loves to swim in a river of gain and effects. You'll be better off with it in your life basically!
