Fender Japan Jaguar JG66-85 Sunburst 1998
Fender Jaguar, sunburst, crafted in Japan 1997-00. This guitar has seen some play: it's got just enough wear around the edges to lend it some status as a seasoned gig machine and a certain 'played in' feel. There's plenty of natural resonance on offer in the body; between the well weighted shape, slim neck and short scale, it's a lively and friendly thing in your hands. The classic 'Jag jangle' is in plentiful supply here: heaps of chiming, snappy treble, balanced by an immediate and fat low end and a certain airiness through the understated midrange. The burst finish hits all the curves of the body just right... it's gonna look great in your loungeroom and even better on stage.
