Fender Jazz Bass '62 Reissue, crafted in Japan 97-00, ocean turquoise metallic. This is a deluxe model, so you get the nice stuff: alder body, US pickups, spiral saddle bridge. It all adds up beautifully in the hands; it's responsive, resonant, comfortable and choc-full of tone. The US pickups offer enhanced brightness and definition, so you get that J-growl in spades with heaps of articulation. The slim neck features some really saucy subtle flame maple, it feels and looks amazing. The finish has yellowed slightly to a deep ocean green over 20ish years, it's really quite something to behold now. This is a very classy J, it's got mojo and poise to burn!
