Fender Made in Japan Traditional 60s Precision Bass Surf Green 2017
Fender MIJ Trad 60s P Bass, surf green, 2017. What a looker! Surf green is one of those ever-awesome finishes that defies the taste changes over decades and somehow remains always revered as one of Fender's most desirable finishes. This is the latest take on the classic '62 P, so it's got a nice moderate round neck with a sweet rosewood slab board. The tone is all P: thick, thumpy low end with a tasty growl through the midrange. It's on the lighter side for a P, so it's an easy one to sling around all night if you're doing long sets.
