Fender MIJ Traditional 70s Tele Thinline, natural gloss, made in Japan 2019. These seldom last long around here, they're a model a lot of us have a soft spot for. This is almost new, there's barely a mark on it and it'd suit a new buyer. The chambered ash body is gorgeous: the natural finish lets the grain do all the talking. Plugged in, this delivers a whole lot of good times. The Wide Range pickups clean up beautifully, they're eloquent and sparkly with a thick body and a pronounced midrange. Into a dirty amp, this is a rhythm player's dream, it has a sweet mix of airiness and attack that ensures everything comes out juicy and rich with plenty of clarity and heft. The classic 70s U shape neck is slim at the nut but with a nice little bit of meat in the back, it's not exactly thick but sits nicely in the hands. You can't go too wrong here, the Thinline T is a great piece of design and the execution on this is absolutely spot-on.
