(SOLD) Fender Player Plus Stratocaster Aged Candy Apple Red 2021
Fender Player Plus Strat, faded candy apple, made in Mexico 2021. The Player Plus is the updated take on the Deluxe Strat from a few years back, so it's got some tasty hardware and specs to take things up a notch. The two point trem, locking tuners and push/pull control to add the neck pickup in are all nice touches. It feels good in the hands: tight and tidy, quick comfy neck, reliable hardware so it holds tune... it all works. The Noiseless pickups solve that age-old 60-cycle hum issue and deliver spanky, bright and clear take on the classic Strat tone. The finish looks great too, it looks closer to a faded burgundy mist than candy apple in the flesh, but hey it's a tasty hue. Plus yourself.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has a scuff on the end, no major marks. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples and some rub wear on the back only. The back has some dimples on the back edge and around the cavity, nothing nasty. The sides have some dimples in the elbow area, near the jack and on the bottom horn. The front has a dent on the edge near the jack and some play wear on the guard and horns. Overall: very good condition (8/10).
Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. The frets have minor wear only, 8/10 for fret life left. Wearing fresh 10/46 Moonshiners strings.
