Fender Stratocaster Plus Top Tobacco Sunburst 2022
Fender Stratocaster Plus Top, tobacco burst, made in Mexico 2022. The Plus Top series is discontinued these days, but the idea was pretty solid: take the usual Mex Player model and add a tasty flame maple top. The neck is a comfy modern C shape, the hardware all works nicely and it feels agreeable in the hands. The tone on offer is classically Strat-esque, with piquant highs and plenty of attack. The finish has a warm autumnal glow, it's a slick look.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has dimples on the end. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor rub wear on the back only. The back has minor scuffs on the horns. The sides have minor dimples in the elbow area and near the jack. The front has minor play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: excellent condition (9/10)
Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/46 Moonshiners strings.
