(SOLD) Greg Bennett Avion AV-3 Metallic Gold 2010
Greg Bennet Avion AV-3, gold top, made in Indonesia 2010. This is a Samick twist on the classic LP design, and it delivers the goods far beyond it's price point. The build and finish quality are great; it feels and looks very tidy. The tone is on the brighter side of classic LP creaminess; it's responsive and breathy with a thick growling midrange. The slightly unusual top horn and gold top work nicely together, this has a classic-but-different look. If you're after a no nonsense LP-style guitar with a proper set neck and tidy hardware for very little cash, this will do the trick!

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. There's a light scuff on the end of the headstock. The neck is pretty clean. The back has some minor buckle rash scratches and scuffs, nothing nasty at all. The sides are pretty clean, just some minor scuffs on the shoulder area and on the bottom near the jack. The front is very clean, there's a couple of barely noticeable dimples behind the bridge and near the edge on the shoulder and some light scratches on the guard. Overall: very good condition (8.5/10).
Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets have some minor wear, 8/10 for life left. Wearing fresh 11/49s.
