Mesa Boogie F-100 2-Channel 100-Watt 2x12" Guitar Combo
Mesa F-100, tan and wheat finish, made in USA circa 2010. The now-discontinued F Series was designed to sound somewhere between the Rectifier and Mark amps, but with a nice simple control layout. This is the big chungus of the lot: two 12" speakers, 100w, loud as hell. The clean channel is similar to a Fender Twin, with a self-assured low end, plenty of chime and a nice reverb. The dirty channel has two modes, switchable from a mid-gain bluesy growl to a nasty all-out metal screamfest via the 'contour' switch. Both sounds are great, it's an excellent amp. F-yeah x100.
