Schecter 004, black, made in Korea 2007. South Korea, not North Korea... ol' Kim only wants all your base, not all your bass. This model borrows some aesthetics from the classic Ric 4001, although it's far from a direct copy. You get a chunky swamp ash body, a maple neck and board and a pair of hefty humbuckers, so this is onboard for the thicc life. There's plenty of tonal variation on offer via the vol/bal/tone/tone setup, plus there's a coil-split push/pull on the second tone knob for a bit of extra single coil sizzle. The neck is straight and stable and carved to a profile midway between a  standard P and J, so it's comfy and quick in the hands. The combo of black, chrome, cream and maple makes for a sleek look too, it's pretty classy. Email us for a shipping quote to North Korea.

The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples on the back only. The back has widespread minor scuffs around the whole body, no major marks though. The sides have a few minor dimples in the elbow area and near the jack, as well as a minor chip on the bottom horn. The front has a few dimples near the knobs and in the elbow area, as well as widespread light scuffs around the whole body, most notably on the horns. Overall: very good condition (8/10).

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets look good, minor wear only, 8/10 for life left. Set up with fresh 45/105 Moonshiners strings.
