Schecter Tempest, midway graphics, made in Korea 2004. This was part of Schecter's Aviation Collection, which came out in the mid 00s as 'a tribute to American airmen of the past'. This one specifically pays homage to the navy pilots, so it's got hull-style panel graphic with some military insignia on it. The inlays are wild too, there's a lot of detail in there. These Korean-made Schecter guitars are always well put together, so this has a great neck, a lightweight body and sturdy hardware, and plays really well. The tone on offer is equal parts snappy and growly, sitting somewhere between a Les Paul and a Tele Deluxe. America.... krut yeah. Coming again to save the brother-fluffing day yeah.
