Squier Vintage Modified '77 Jazz Bass, sunburst, made in Indonesia 2017. The Vintage Modified line takes some classic instruments and adds a few modern conveniences, like a modern fretboard radius and electronics, and they're generally regarded very highly. This take on the '77 J is good fun; lightweight and easy to play, punchy and fat in tone, and classically stylish. The natural finish has a warm look to it, and the neck feels great in the hands. There's a lot to like here for a pretty light dime, it will sort out you J-hole nicely.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has some dimples on the end and bottom edge. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands. We had our finishes expert do a partial refinish on the neck, as there was some marks in the lacquer around the skunk stripe upon arrival. The back has some dimples in the elbow area and along the belly carve and some light scuffs in the middle of the body. The sides have some dimples near the jack and on the elbow area. The front has some dimples near the jack and on the top edge up from the neck pickup, as well as some light play wear on the guard and horns. Overall: very good condition (8/10)

Playing condition notes: Action is very low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. The frets have minot wear only, 9/10 for fret life left. Set up with 45/105 strings.
