Twenty Cent Guitar Co Offset Sandwich Natural 2026
Twenty Cent Guitar Co Offset Sandwich, made in Australia 2026. 20c is the project of local Hobart guitar maker Tim Caldwell, combining some native Australian tonewood with twists on some classic shapes. This one is Tim's first ever offset style build. Just like an onion or an ogre, the body has layers: it's a three stack of some of Tasmania's snazziest timbers: Myrtle, Blackwood and Sassafrass. There's a cool little slash-style reveal in the top layer to show off the Blackwood underneath. The neck is a pretty chunky shape, and being a 5-ply build, it should stay arrow-straight indefinitely. The tone leans mean: it's punchy through the mids and teethy on top, plenty of output. Let's go?
