(SOLD) Used Fender Jaguar Special HH Vintage Gold
Fender Jaguar Special in rare vintage gold, crafted in Japan 99-02. This model isn't that common, and this finish on this model is extremely uncommon. This is a Jag's more practical cousin: tune-o-matic bridge, sturdy stop tailpiece, two humbuckers... mix that with the sweet Jag dual-circuitry, slim neck and offset body, you've got an absolute belter of a rock-machine. The body is perfectly weighted and addictively comfortable; it's easy to love. The 'Dragster' humbuckers are great: moderate output with a big, creamy midrange and a nice touch of bite. You don't get the normal jangle of single coils, but the tone is very satisfying, all the more so with plenty of gain mixed in. The finish is terrific, it pops from every angle. There's a slight villainous green tinge to the sheen of the gold. What a machine.

Cosmetic condition notes: Mild finish wear. There's some minor dimples and scratches around the body, nothing nasty. The chrome parts have aged with a bit of pitting, most notably the pickup covers. Overall: very good condition (8/10).
Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. Minor fret wear, heaps of life left, 8/10. All electrics tested and working properly. What a knockout!
