Fender Mexican Precision Bass, commemorating Fender's diamond anniversary (1946-2006). The limited edition 'blizzard pearl' finish looks awesome, it's got a bit of depth to it and has a nice little subtle sparkle effect under lights. The neck is finished in satin, it feels smooth and fast and is addictive to play. It has a big, thick thump balanced with a snappy, biting attack: the US pickup really lends her some grunt is is a handy factory upgrade. The diamond motif on the headstock and neck plate look fresh and serve to remind you that there's no need to change the design of the 'P', even sixty years on. Two bonuses: the original comparative gig bag is great quality and has ALL the case candy, and she also comes with a matching Fender diamond motif brown leather strap. Looks cool, feels tight, sounds fantastic.
