Fender '62 Reissue P, vintage white, crafted in Japan 99-02. You really can't go wrong with the cream/tort combo, it looks superb. This P is a higher-end model, so you get some deluxe touches: alder body, spiral-saddle bridge, US pickup. It adds up nicely: this totally rules both sonically and kinaesthetically. The body really moves with each note, you can feel the vibrations and pulsing through the whole instrument. It's hard to find anything to dislike about this one, it's a ripper bass that'll easily take a pounding from a hard working player!
