Fender Strat, '62 reissue, made in Japan in beautiful surf green finish. This one was made last year in 2016, it's probably newer than a lot of guitars hanging on the wall in your local store! As such, it's in very clean condition indeed. The surf green finish is perfect on a Strat, it looks so good from any angle. The neck is a nice slim oval shape, it's easy on the hand and feels very natural. The build quality, as with basically all Fender Japan stuff, is exceptional, this will give any new American Strat a serious run for it's money, despite being well under half the price. The stock pickups come out nice and clean with great definition and body; it's a full and thick with plenty of spank. Surf green MIJ strats don't last long around here, so don't wait too long!

Cosmetic condition notes: Very close to showroom condition. Some very minor finish wear here and there, but almost nothing to speak of. One minor nick near where the bottom horn meets the neck on the front as pictured. Overall: excellent, near mint.
Playing condition notes: Very good! Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good. Frets have negligible wear, they're basically new. Recently been through a Topshelf setup with fresh 11/48 strings. Light, comfortable, responsive, smooth... all the good stuff.
