Fender '69 Thinline Telecaster Reissue, made in Mexico 2007. This is easy to like. The mahogany body looks awesome, the colouring varies beautifully across the body and contributes a lot of warmth and rich midrange to the tone. The lightweight semi-hollow construction, combined with the slim neck, make for an easy and rewarding player. The stock single-coil pickups are good, they translate the open, full tone of the body with a nudge of sizzle and bite. Really tidy Tele!

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. The frets are in good shape, there's a little wear but there's heaps life in them, 7.5/10. Very cooperative!
