Greco 335-style Super View semi-hollow in aged brown sunburst, made in Japan 1979. What a remarkable beauty this is! This was made at the legendary Fujigen Gakki factory right as they were becoming world famous, and as you'd expect, it's immaculately built across every detail. The flamed white-sycamore is stunning, there's nothing quite like a good burst finishes as it ages; it really shows off the grain. There's some normal cosmetic wear (see below) but it's in good shape. This one is just back from a date with our local master luthier getting a replacement bridge and a fret-level and polish, it's playing beautifully. The shape is about 20mm smaller across the body than a Gibson 335, so if you like your semi-hollow just a wee-bit easier to get around, this is perfect. Plugged in, you get a thick, creamy, bright, articulate tone that'll happily cover just about any genre... this is a future family heirloom looking for a home!
