Warmoth ST-Style Build Sonic Blue 2020
Warmoth ST-Style, sonic blue, made in USA 2020. If you're not familiar, Warmoth are a USA-based make of guitar parts and custom builds, established in the 1980s. Yoiu can order just about any body shape and neck specs you can imagine, and they build and finish their stuff to a great standard. This guitar was a pandemic-era build by a local gent, who ordered a neck and body then added some excellent Gotoh hardware and a loaded guard with a snappy set of vintage style single coils. The neck is a fat V shape, which won't suit everyone, but certainly appeals to the over-Jimi-fied perpetual thumb-overhangers like myself. The compound radius is a nice touch, as are the stainless jumbo frets: it's a beefy V, but with some shred cred. The body is gorgeous too: very precisely made, lightweight, and that finish looks so crisp and summery. The tone is bright, snappy and immediate, with a lovely quack on the in-between positions and a sweet glassy warble on the neck pickup. Heaps of guitar for the cash, and it comes with full permission to mod it to your heart's content.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has minor dimples on the bottom edge. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, no major marks. The back has some minor scuffs around the cavity and dimples on the top horn. The sides have no major marks. The front has minor scuffs near the jack and some play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: excellent condition (9/10)
Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/46 Moonshiners strings.
Fret life: 9.5/10, appear almost unused
