Yamaha G225 Modified Fretless Classical Guitar
Yamaha G225 classical, modified to fretless, made in Taiwan mid 00s, amber finish. Well well well, what an odd bird we have on our hands here. This started life as a pretty unremarakable student classical. One of our lovable-but-slightly-bananas customers had our local luthier convert it to a fretless setup, with a snazzy ebony veneer over the original fretboard. He also added a drone string for extra chaos, and in a more sensible move, a very handy LR Baggs pickup system. It's a unique thing to play now certainly, but some of the sounds on offer are a lot of fun and may well find a place on your recordings or live shenanegians. Heaps of weird fun for not many clams, and a genuine oddball cutie.
