The Fuzz Factory was somewhat of a canary in the coalmine for boutique fuzz pedals: it was the warning of the avalanche of options coming. It's an absolute delight of a pedal. The gate control allows you to dial in all sorts of sputtery goodness, while the comp knob adds beefy thickness and uniformity. If you're only going to buy one fuzz, why not a modern classic? But also, you'll end up buying several... sorry in advance.
